After 2 days in hospital, Mamata Banerjee leaves for home in a wheelchair

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who was injured on Wednesday during a rally in Nandigram, was discharged from hospital on Friday evening. The TMC supremo left SSKM hospital on a wheelchair. She has reached her residence.The medical board had suggested 48 hours of obversation, however, after repeated requests the authorities decided to discharge the TMC leader, and prescribed her necessary precautions. According to sources, the TMC chief responded well to the treatment and has been adviced to move with restrictions.
