Afghan president meets al-Muraikhi

Afghan President Dr Mohamed Ashraf Ghani met on Tuesday with HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad al-Muraikhi, on the sidelines of ninth Ministerial Conference of Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process on Afghanistan, which is held in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe. At the beginning of the meeting, HE al-Muraikhi conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani to the Afghan president, and wishes for the Afghan people for development and growth. For his part, the Afghan president entrusted al-Muraikhi with his greetings to the Amir, wishing him health and happiness and the Qatari people continued development and prosperity. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral co-operation relations, the peace process in Afghanistan and Qatar's efforts in that regard.
