Advocate murdered by gang of 5 in Telangana’s Mulugu

Advocate Malla Reddy was hacked to death by a gang of five men in Telangana’s Mulugu district on Monday evening. SP Sangram Singh Patil said that teams have been formed to identify and nab the culprits.
An advocate was allegedly killed by five unidentified assailants in Telangana’s Mulugu District. The incident took place around 6.30 pm on Monday, August 1, when advocate Malla Reddy was proceeding towards his residence at Hanmakonda from Mulugu District in his car with the driver.
According to the driver, five assailants wearing facemasks came in another car and stopped them. Two of the assailants took hold of the driver and three of them took the advocate into the bushes nearby and stabbed him to death.
Mulugu District Superintendent of Police, Sangram Singh Patil, while speaking to India Today over the phone, said, “We have formed teams to identify and apprehend the assailants. They were wearing face masks and none of them seemed familiar to the driver. We have registered a case. An investigation is underway. The body of the deceased has been shifted to Hospital for post-mortem examination.”
The Telangana High Court Bar Association has condemned the brutal murder of Advocate Malla Reddy. They have further demanded that the assailants must be arrested at the earliest.
