Advocate Inderpal Singh appearing for Anil Deshmukh's son accuses ED of 'invading privacy'

Former Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh was arrested on November 2 by the Enforcement Directorate after he was questioned for over 12 hours in a money laundering case.
Advocate Inderpal Singh, who is appearing for Anil Deshmukh’s son Hrishikesh Deshmukh, wrote to the Enforcement Directorate alleging that the summons issued to Hrishikesh was aimed at “invading his privacy”.
Hrishikesh Deshmukh and his father, former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, are being investigated in a money laundering case. Hrishikesh skipped the summons issued by the ED on Friday.
