Adams may split time between Bed-Stuy home and Gracie Mansion as mayor

Democratic mayoral nominee Eric Adams suggested Monday he’ll split his time between his Bed-Stuy home and Gracie Mansion if elected to lead City Hall because of his “love” of Brooklyn.
“I love Brooklyn, and so it may be a combination of Gracie Mansion and my place in Brooklyn, Bedford-Stuyvesant,” Adams said Monday morning on WNYC’s “The Brian Lehrer Show.” The Democratic Brooklyn borough president implied he hasn’t made a final call on where his primary address would be — the Upper East Side manse reserved for Big Apple mayors and their family or his Bed-Stuy rowhouse if he beats Republican challenger Curtis Sliwa in November and takes office in January 2022.More Related News
