On Wednesday, Aishwarya paid an emotional tribute to her on Instagram. The actress posted a few adorable pictures of herself with her late grandmother on the platform. Aishwarya can be seen embracing her "cutest superwoman", as she says in the post. The Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin actress also wrote a heart-warming note for her grandmother, as she bid goodbye to her. Aishwarya, who recovered from COVID-19 in March, recalled what her grandmother told the actress back then. "My Naniji.. I lost her yesterday, I remember when I was suffering from covid she called and said jab tu theek ho jaaye jab tu kaam pe jaaye mujhe batana tere naam ka nariyal bhagwan ko chadhana hai (When you start feeling better and go to work, let me know, I will pray and will offer a coconut to God)," read an excerpt from her post.. The actress added, "She was just selfless and a beautiful cutest superwoman, I love you Naniji I miss you. May your soul rest in peace OM Shanti."
