Active shooter on Bridgewater College campus, authorities called to scene

State police were called to campus due to an active shooter incident.

Deputies from the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office are responding to reports of an active shooter at Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Virginia, a law enforcement official told ABC News. The Harrisonburg Police Department has also responded to the scene.
