Fox News
A federal judge in Virginia on Tuesday ordered accused MS-13 leader Henrry Josue Villatoro Santos to remain in custody following his late March arrest.
The FBI announced Santos’s arrest on March 27 in Woodbridge, just south of Washington, D.C. He has been charged with being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm. Haley Chi-Sing is a politics writer for Fox News Digital. You can reach her at @haleychising on X.
Santos' hearing comes shortly after court documents revealed the Trump administration had sent a Salvadoran man with protected legal status to El Salvador by mistake.
