Accused in Mahant Narendra Giri death case arrested, says UP minister Maurya

Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya has said that the accused in the death of seer Narendra Giri has been arrested.

Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya has said that the accused in the death of seer Narendra Giri has been arrested hours after the Mahant was found dead.

Earlier, UP Law Minister Brajesh Pathak had told Aaj Tak that the culprits won't be spared. Mahant Narendra Giri, the president of Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad, which is the organisation of seers, was found dead on Monday at Baghambari Muth.
