Former Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Rishi Aggarwal on Monday reached Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) headquarter to join investigation with voluminous documents in Rs 22,842 crore bank loan fraud, allegedly committed by ABG Shipyard Limited.
