
AAP to hold national meet in Delhi to build immunity against BJP’s ‘Operation Lotus’

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is all set to organise a national meeting in Delhi to boost resistance against the BJP’s alleged Operation Lotus.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is all set to organise a national meeting in Delhi on Sunday to boost resistance against the alleged Operation Lotus launched by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to poach legislators from other parties.
The Rashtriya Janpratinidhi Sammelan will be led by the party’s national convenor and Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal. The conference will bring together every single public representative of the party, said the AAP.
Besides Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann will participate in the conference at the party headquarters in Delhi along with all MLAs and MPs from Delhi, Punjab and Goa. AAP's councillors, zila panchayat members, chairpersons, mayors, clock pramukhs, sarpanchs and pradhans from across the country will also join in.
Arvind Kejriwal will hold a discussion with the representatives on strengthening the party in view of ‘Operation Lotus’ across the country.

The preparations for the Rashtriya Janpratinidhi Sammelan are going in full swing. The conference will see the presence of 62 MLAs from Delhi, 92 MLAs from Punjab and two MLAs from Goa. AAP's 10 Rajya Sabha MPs from Delhi and Punjab will also attend the conference.
AAP, in a statement, said that in the meeting, Operation Lotus being run by the BJP will be discussed in detail.
