AAP to go for organisational revamp in Rajasthan for 2023 elections
India Today
The Aam Aadmi Party is planning for an organisational revamp in Rajasthan ahead of assembly elections due in 2023.
After sweeping Punjab Assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is now focusing on Rajasthan polls which is due next year and is planning to go for a major organisational revamp in the state.
"After Punjab, there is a realistic possibility of providing a viable alternative for people of Rajasthan, who have seen either the Congress or the BJP rule in the state for more than two decades", an AAP source said to India Today.

AAP's Rajasthan in-charge, Sanjay Singh, will arrive in Rajasthan on March 26 to finalise the contours of an organisational revamp in the state. The AAP is planning to intensify its recruitment drive in Rajasthan. It could also finalise its plans to depute district heads in the state to ensure wider reach for the party. Singh could step down as the party in-charge of Rajasthan to focus on UP and the party could ensure more than one leader as the party's state in-charge in the run up to next year's assembly elections.
