Aakar Patel claims stopped at immigration again despite court order

Former Amnesty India chief Aakar Patel tweeted on Thursday evening that immigration officers had stopped him from boarding his flight despite the Delhi court's order to withdraw the circular against him.
Former Amnesty India chief Aakar Patel has claimed that he was again stopped from flying abroad despite a Delhi court order to withdraw the Look Out Circular (LOC) against him.
In a tweet on Thursday evening, Patel claimed that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has not yet taken him off their LOC as he was again stopped from boarding his flight abroad by immigration officials at Bengaluru airport.

The Delhi court order on Thursday directed the CBI to withdraw the circular and allow Patel to travel to the US.
Patel further tweeted that he will “move court again tomorrow if I have to.”
