This is a big win for the filmmaker and the entire star cast of the movie. As the film crossed Rs 1000 crore, Ajay Devgn congratulated the entire team of RRR on their remarkable milestone. Ajay was an integral part of the film, where he played the role of Ram Charan's father.

Directed by SS Rajamouli, RRR featured Ram Charan and Jr NTR as freedom fighters. The film, written by SS Rajamouli's father Vijayendra Prasad, also featured Alia Bhatt as Ram Charan's wife. It was made on a budget of Rs 450 crore by DVV Movies.
