8 dead in shooting at Russia university, video shows students jumping out of window to escape

According to preliminary reports, an unidentified person opened fire in one of the buildings at Perm State University, killing eight people and wounding several others.

According to preliminary reports, an unidentified person opened fire in one of the buildings at PSU. The gunman entered the university around 11 am and was apprehended shortly afterwards.
