‘7G Rainbow Colony 2’: Selvaraghavan’s sequel nears completion; first look poster out

The sequel to the 2004 Tamil movie, directed by Selvaraghavan, features features Ravi Krishna and Anaswara Rajan in lead roles
The makers of 7G Rainbow Colony 2 have announced that the sequel is nearing completiton. Directed by Selvaraghavan, the Tamil movie is produced by Surya Movies and A.M. Rathnam. Selvaraghavan had directed the first part, which released in 2004.
The sequel features Ravi Krishna in a reprisal of his career-defining role, alongside Anaswara Rajan as the female lead. The movie stars Jayaram, Suman Shetty, and Sudha in prominent roles.
Yuvan Shankar Raja, Selvaraghavan’s regular collaborator, is the music composer of the movie while Ramji is the cinematographer.

“The original 7G Rainbow Colony is a film that touched hearts and has a special place in Tamil cinema history. With the sequel, we aim to recreate that magic while delivering a fresh and compelling narrative for today’s audience,” said producer Rathnam.
