7 in 10 California voters do not want Gavin Newsom to run for president: 'A resounding thumbs down'

A Quinnipiac University poll revealed the voters in California do not think Governor Gavin Newsom should run for president in 2024.
Among likely Democratic voters, 54% do not want Newsom on the 2024 ticket. Aubrie Spady is a Freelance Production Assistant for Fox News Digital.
"A resounding thumbs down from the home team as California voters tell the Governor: if you have designs on the big job beyond Sacramento, we're not on board," Tim Malloy, Quinnipiac University polling analyst, said of the polling results.
