57 booked in Telangana for selling cigarette-roll paper, tobacco products

Telangana’s Cyberabad Police on Friday booked 57 paan-shop owners for selling cigarette-roll papers. The offenders were booked during a raid on 145 pan shops under the Kukatpally division as part of the police’s drive to eliminate the drug-ganja menace.
The raid came soon after Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao asked the police to intensify its crackdown on the drug-ganja menace.
