In the short video, a Commandant named Ratan Singh Sonal can be seen doing a total of 65 push-ups at a temperature of minus 30 degrees Celsius in Ladakh.

In a video posted by the official Twitter handle of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), a 55-year-old Commandant can be seen doing over 60 push-ups in Ladakh.
In the short video, a Commandant named Ratan Singh Sonal can be seen doing a total of 65 push-ups at a temperature of minus 30 degrees Celsius in Ladakh. He achieved the feat at an altitude of 17,500 feet while another soldier counted in the background. After completing the task, Ratan Singh spread his arms wide, looking extremely happy.
