A total of 440 students have been quarantined in Palm Beach County, Florida, due to COVID-19, just two days after the start of the school year. Burke reported the number of quarantined students Thursday on MSNBC. The district requires facial coverings inside schools and buses for all students, unless their parent opts out of the requirement, as well as staff.
