Four people were taken to a hospital after a pedestrian bridge collapsed on top of an interstate. It was the Foote Bridge over I-295 in northeast D.C. According to D.C. officials and E.M.S., a hazmat unit is also mitigating a diesel fuel leak from a truck that is partially underneath the bridge and at least one other vehicle was hit by debris.
