4 booked for flogging, giving electric shock to man in UP’s Ballia

Four men have been booked for flogging and giving electric shock to a man in Uttar Pradesh’s Ballia district.

An FIR has been registered against four men in Uttar Pradesh’s Ballia district after a video went viral on social media, in which they were seen flogging a man and giving him electric shock, police official said. The incident took place in Surhaiya village in the Sahatwar area.
