3rd ODI: Rishabh Pant and I got out at wrong time, otherwise we could have scored over 360 runs- Hardik Pandya
India Today
India seemed to be cruising to a score in excess of 350 runs when Rishabh Pant and Hardik Pandya were batting together. But both batsmen were dismissed in a span of 18 balls.
When Rishabh Pant and Hardik Pandya were hitting the ball all around the park on Sunday, it looked like India could get a score of over 350, but England bounced back on Sunday to bowl India out for 329 runs in the third ODI in Pune. India were 157/4 in 24.2 overs when the pair got together and their 99-run stand in just 70 balls took the game away from the visitors. But Jos Buttler and Co. were able to bounce back as they claimed the last 4 wickets in 14 balls and had India bundled out in 48.2 overs. “At one point, we thought of 360 (runs) but myself and Rishabh got out at the wrong time, otherwise, it would've been a different story. I don't think it was much different, just simple cricket, we backed ourselves and we have done it many times.More Related News
