3 LeT terrorists killed by J&K Police in Pulwama; 2 AK-47s, 1 pistol recovered

Jammu & Kashmir Police killed 3 terrorists linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba in an encounter on Sunday, June 11. Kashmir IGP, Vijay Kumar, said that one of the 3 killed terrorists was involved in the killing of police officer Reyaz Ahmad on May 13.
Three terrorists linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba were killed in an encounter by the Jammu & Kashmir Police in Pulwama district on Sunday, June 11. The operation, which began on Saturday night, ended after nearly 12 hours in Pulwama district’s Drabgam area.
The three terrorists killed in the encounter have been identified as Junaid Sheergojri, Fazil Nazir Bhat and Irfan Ah Malik.
The Inspector-General of Police, Vijay Kumar, said, “All three killed terrorists are locals, linked with terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). One of them has been identified as Junaid Sheergojri, involved in the killing of our colleague Reyaz Ahmad on May 13.”
The senior police officer also said that incriminating materials, arms & ammunition including two AK-47 rifles and a pistol were recovered.
