3 dead near Shediac after vehicle plunges down embankment

Three people are dead after a crash near Shediac, N.B., on Friday.
Emergency services responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on Highway 132 at 7 a.m., according to the RCMP.
The vehicle veered off the road and plunged down a 30-metre embankment before landing on its roof, the release says.
An Indian Island First Nation man, 54, an Upper Rexton man, 51, and a 25-year-old woman from Halifax died at the scene, RCMP say.
An investigation is underway.
