
28 people hospitalised after consuming adulterated prasad at Gurugram fair, police begin probe

Around 28 people were taken to a hospital after they consumed adulterated prasad at a fair in Gurugram on Tuesday night.
At least 28 people, including several children, were hospitalised after consuming adulterated prasad. The incident happened on Tuesday night at a fair held in Mubarikpur near Farukhnagar.
According to reports, the people at the fair were served juice laced with intoxicants.
After drinking the juice, around 28 people, including 8-10 children, fell sick and were taken to a government hospital.
They were administered first aid care and are said to be in stable condition.
Gurugram police have started a probe into the matter.
