Michael Maurice Koochin was arrested and charged on Wednesday.
Laurent Isadore, 38, of Driftpile First Nation, and Tyler Duboski, 33, of Edmonton were killed on the afternoon of Aug. 31 when a semi driven by Koochin crossed the centre line on Highway 2 near Range Road 143 and ploughed into a group from the Redrum Motorcycle Club participating in a charity ride.
Four other motorcyclists were taken to hospital.

Koochin was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
