Doha, Qatar: In a culmination of anticipation following last year's landmark partnership between UEFA and Groupe Amaury, the 68th Ballon d'Or ceremony's date and venue have been announced.
Set to occur on Monday, October 28, 2024, the esteemed event will unfold at the grandiose Théâtre du Châtelet, nestled on the iconic Place du Châtelet alongside the Seine River.
Since its inception in 1956, the Ballon d'Or, annually presented by France Football, stands as the epitome of recognition for exceptional talent and remarkable achievements in football.
This year's edition, boasting an array of accolades, will include the Men’s and Women's Ballon d'Or, the Kopa Trophy for the best player under 21, the Yashin Trophy for the best goalkeeper, and the Gerd Müller Trophy honoring the top scorer of the previous season.
Additionally, the Men’s and Women’s Club of the Year Trophies will be bestowed upon the most outstanding clubs.
