Yogesh Raj, the main accused in the Bulandshahr violence of 2018 in which a policeman was killed, has won the Uttar Pradesh panchayat election.
Yogesh Raj, the main accused in the Bulandshahr violence of 2018 in which a policeman was killed, has won the Uttar Pradesh panchayat election. In 2018, Inspector Subodh Kumar Singh was killed in the violence in Syana village area of Bulandshahr on suspicion of alleged cow slaughter. Yogesh Raj was arrested in the case. Yogesh, the main accused in the Bulandshahr violence, was a candidate from ward number 5 for the post of district panchayat member. He defeated his rival Independent candidate Nirdosh Chaudhary by 2,150 votes. Yogesh got 10,352 of the 27,763 votes polled whereas Nirdosh Chaudhary secured 8,269 votes.More Related News
