"2 Slaps": Union Minister Prahlad Patel's Shocker To Man Seeking Oxygen

The incident took place outside the Damoh district hospital, where relatives of patients looted oxygen cylinders day before.

Union Minister Prahlad Patel was caught on camera threatening to slap a man pleading with him for oxygen for his Covid positive relative. "We did not get cylinders," a man complais to the minister at a hospital in Madhya Pradesh's Damoh. "If you talk like this you will get two slaps," the Minister is heard telling the man while asking him to calm down. The man starts weeping: "Yes, that is what I will get. My mother is lying there."
