2 men, 2 women charged after body parts found scattered on LI: court docs
NY Post
Two men and two women were charged after the grisly discovery of multiple severed body parts scattered across Long Island over the last week, cops said.
Roommates Steven Brown, 44, Jeffrey Mackey, 38, and Amanda Wallace, 40, were charged alongside homeless women Alexis Nieves, 33, after they allegedly removed “sharp instruments, multiple body parts and other related items” from the trio’s Amityville home sometime between Feb. 27 and March 4, according to charging documents and the Suffolk County Police Department.
They’re due in court on Tuesday.
Brown, Mackey and Wallace all are listed as residents of a Railroad Avenue home in Amityville that was raided Monday as part of the investigation.
The remains of a man and woman — whose identities have yet to be released — were found in Babylon, West Islip and Bethpage on Feb. 29 and March 4, officials said.
The first remains were uncovered by a girl walking to school in Southards Pond Park in Babylon on Feb. 29.
