13 new COVID-19 cases in London area Wednesday, no deaths

The Middlesex-London Health Unit says there are 13 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday and no additional deaths.
The health unit posted 11 recoveries, with 128 known active cases in the region.
The seven-day rolling average of daily cases remained steady at 16.
London Health Sciences Centre says it is caring for five or fewer patients with COVID-19, including five or fewer in critical care. Five or fewer staff members have tested positive for the virus and are isolating.
Southwestern Public Health has reported 12 new COVID-19 cases and one additional death on Wednesday. There have now been 91 COVID-related deaths in Elgin-Oxford. There are 87 ongoing cases in the region.
As of Oct. 26, Southwestern Public Health says 86 per cent of residents aged 12 and older have received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 82.5 per cent are fully vaccinated.
Huron Perth Public Health posted three new cases on Wednesday. There are 20 ongoing cases in the region.
Meanwhile, Ontario reported 321 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, along with 10 additional deaths. The seven-day average for cases stands at 366.
There are 134 patients with COVID-19 in critical care across Ontario, including 91 who need a ventilator to breathe.
