Over 150 firefighters are at the scene of a five-alarm blaze in Montreal's Old Port early Thursday morning.

Over 120 firefighters are battling a five-alarm blaze in Montreal's Old Port early Thursday morning.

The three-floor building on the corner of du Port Street and Place d'Youville contains condos.

The Montreal fire department (SSIM) said a "few" patients were rushed to hospital but could not confirm their status or the nature of their injuries. 

The blaze reportedly began around 5:45 a.m.
