Arizona man arrested in Christmas killing of 18-year-old

Arizona's Phoenix Police Department has arrested a man in connection with the killing of 18-year-old Tyler Cardiel. 

On Friday, detectives determined there was sufficient probable cause to arrest Bell on a murder charge, and he was booked into the Maricopa County jail. Cardiel was fatally shot about 6:30 a.m. as he walked home after working an overnight shift at the Circle K convenience store.
