据中国国家能源局7月31日介绍，截至今年上半年，全国可再生能源装机达到13.22亿千瓦，历史性超过煤电。

China's installed capacity of renewable energy hit 1.32 billion kilowatts by the end of June, exceeding the coal-fired power generating capacity, according to the National Energy Administration (NEA) Monday.

7月31日，国家能源局召开三季度例行新闻发布会。数据显示，截至2023年上半年，全国可再生能源装机突破13亿千瓦，同比增长18.2%，约占我国总装机的48.8%。

具体来说，水电方面，截至6月底，全国水电累计装机容量达4.18亿千瓦，其中常规水电3.69亿千瓦，抽水蓄能0.49亿千瓦。上半年全国水电发电量5166亿千瓦时，全国水电平均利用小时数为1239小时。

风电方面，截至6月底，全国风电累计装机达到3.89亿千瓦，同比增长13.7%。上半年全国风电发电量4628亿千瓦时，同比增长20%。全国风电平均利用率96.7%，同比提升0.9个百分点。

光伏发电方面，截至6月底，全国光伏发电装机容量达到4.7亿千瓦。全国光伏发电量2663亿千瓦时，同比增长30%。上半年全国光伏发电利用率98.2%，同比提升0.4个百分点。

生物质发电方面，上半年，全国生物质发电新增装机176万千瓦，累计装机达4308万千瓦，同比增长9.2%，生物质发电量984亿千瓦时，同比增长10.1%。

实现碳达峰碳中和是一场广泛而深刻的经济社会系统性变革。立足我国能源资源禀赋，坚持先立后破，有计划分步骤实施碳达峰行动。完善能源消耗总量和强度调控，重点控制化石能源消费，逐步转向碳排放总量和强度“双控”制度。推动能源清洁低碳高效利用，推进工业、建筑、交通等领域清洁低碳转型。

Reaching peak carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality will mean a broad and profound systemic socio-economic transformation. Based on China’s energy and resource endowment, we will advance initiatives to reach peak carbon emissions in a well-planned and phased way in line with the principle of building the new before discarding the old. We will exercise better control over the amount and intensity of energy consumption, particularly of fossil fuels, and transition gradually toward controlling both the amount and intensity of carbon emissions.We will promote clean, low-carbon, and high-efficiency energy use and push forward the clean and low-carbon transition in industry, construction, transportation, and other sectors.
