这种老醋月饼的馅料,有芝麻、葡萄干、果脯等,馅料和制作都保留了传统晋式月饼的工艺。但老醋月饼的奥妙还在一个“醋”字,加入了手工八年八度的老陈醋,醋香浓郁。
虽然有了酸度很高的老陈醋加持,但老醋月饼并没有酸酸的口感。醋的香味中和了糖的甜度,解油解甜解腻,每天能卖出4000多个。
