A witness to the shooting in Washington, D.C., that left one teenager dead and three others injured, including a police officer, described the incident in detail as events unfolded.
Daniel Dyson witnessed the U St shooting after the #moechella festival. He says he was standing right next to the officer who was shot. A 15-year-old boy was killed, according to @DCPoliceDept. Dyson said the Moechella festival event on U Street, where the shooting took place, had loud music playing and lots of people standing and walking around. He also noticed police officers "everywhere," he told the outlet.
He said he was standing directly next to a police officer when he first heard shots ring out.
