West Lusail District Cooling Plant to cool Lusail Stadium

Doha: The West Lusail District Cooling Plant, the latest district cooling plant, will supply with a capacity of 30,000 tonnes of refrigeration to Lusail Stadium, the largest stadium of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Within the framework of the tasks of the District Cooling Services Department in monitoring the compliance of cooling stations with the specifications and standards approved by the Department, the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) represented by Director of District Cooling Services Department Eng. Abdulaziz Al Hammadi, and a group of engineers visited West Lusail District Cooling Plant yesterday.
The plant will provide the Lusail Stadium with the necessary cooling capacity for operation and the entire area adjacent to the stadium.
