The water level in Papanasam Dam on Thursday stood at 51.20 feet (maximum level 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 42.80 cusecs and a discharge of 254.75 cusecs. The level in Manimuthar Dam stood at 85.98 feet (maximum level 118 feet). The dam had an inflow of 48.51 cusecs and a discharge of 245 cusecs.
