An elderly man was brutally beaten for allegedly breaking a statue of a deity in Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh. Police registered a case after a video of the incident went viral. The victim has been identified as Kamal Das, a resident of Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh. Police said Kamal Das is mentally ill and has been living on a cremation ground for many years.
