Lawyers for former President Trump have filed a recusal motion for the federal judge in DC who is presiding over his 2020 election interference case.
Trump’s lawyers argued that Chutkan has made statements in the past that call into question whether she can be impartial. Bradford Betz is a Fox News Digital breaking reporter covering crime, political issues, and much more.
