The sweet seller has prepared this sweet in view of the festival of Raksha Bandhan.
At the festival of Raksha Bandhan, the sister takes a promise to protect her brother by tying a rakhi to his wrist. Along with a Rakhi, the sister also gives a box of sweets to the brother and brother to his sister as a gift. Although mithais are supposed to be sweet, this time in Surat, Gujarat, and a sweet seller had prepared a spicy sweet, which has been named Panipuri Kajukatari Mithai. As we all know, that as soon as the name of pani puri comes in the conversation, it is bound to make one’s mouth water.

Raunak Bhai Mithaiwala, who makes sweets of Panipuri, said that at every festival people expect some unique flavored sweets from him and, keeping in mind the expectations of the people, he prepared pani puri flavored kaju katri sweets to please them.
He said that a paste that tastes like panipuri is kept inside the mithai and in the upper part, the powder of the poori with silver work has been put in. It is more expensive than the cost of the normal kaju katri sweets. Surti people are fond of eating spicy food and sweets and they have adopted this sweet, keeping their taste in mind.
It is noteworthy that the sweet seller of Ronak Sweets of Surat has prepared sweets under different concepts even before this, a sweet named Bachpan Ka Pyaar was also prepared by them.
