The Bombay High Court on Saturday said that homeless people should also work as everything cannot be given to them by the state. Asking homeless people not to work for the country will only increase the population of this section of society, observed the HC. While disposing of a petition filed by Brijesh Arya, founder of an NGO called ‘Pehchan’, a division bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice G S Kulkarni said, “The homeless people should also work for the country. Everything cannot be provided to them by the state. The petition is just increasing the population of this section of society. It is like an invitation to people not to work.”More Related News
