Schools in Bangladesh to remain closed till April 22 due to Covid-19 spread

All the schools for junior classes in Bangladesh are set to remain closed till April 22 in view of the recent spread of the Covid-19 virus in the country.
Due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the country once again, the government of Bangladesh has decided to shut down all the primary schools and kindergarten for the safety of young children. This is being done due to an expected highly transmissible variant of the Covid-19 virus. The Dhaka Tribune, a local news source in Bangladesh, reported that the government has again extended the ongoing closure of all schools of the country to protect the students from the new variants of the novel coronavirus. It has also been announced that the students will stay at home during this time and continue online education activities for their own safety and protection, the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education said on Sunday.More Related News
