Prince Harry promised marriage, woman tells Punjab & Haryana HC, judge says stop daydreaming
India Today
A woman moved the Punjab & Haryana High Court seeking legal action against Prince Harry, claiming he had promised to marry her. The judge said it was nothing short of 'daydreaming'.
A bizarre petition came up for hearing at the Punjab and Haryana High Court, in which the petitioner sought legal action against Prince Harry for allegedly not fulfilling his "promise to marry" her. The petitioner has sought an arrest warrant against Prince Harry. The Punjab High Court on Tuesday said that the petition was nothing "but a day-dreamer's fantasy". The petitioner, Palwinder Singh, is an advocate, who appeared for the hearing herself. The court took up the case for physical hearing after a special request. The court threw out the petition saying social media scams of this sort are well-known. "This Court finds no ground to entertain this petition and can only show its sympathy for the petitioner that she has believed such fake conversation to be true," the bench observed.More Related News
