Power outage at Maharashtra Secretariat in Mumbai, restoration work underway

The Maharashtra Secretariat came to a standstill following a power outage owing to the high voltage at Nariman Point receiving point.

The Maharashtra Secretariat came to a standstill following a power outage, Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) said on Friday. The power outage has happened due to the high voltage at Nariman Point receiving point. Restoration of power at the Maharashtra Secretariat is underway. A team of engineers has been deployed for restoration work, PRO, Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) said.
