Pooja Hegde plants sapling as part of Green India Challenge, asks Akshay Kumar to continue the chain

Pooja Hedge has planted saplings as part of the Green India Challenge. The actress also urged Akshay Kumar to continue the chain.

Green India Challenge calls upon people to plant saplings and save the environment. It not only promotes plantion of saplings but also protect them. Pooja Hegde accepted the challenge given to her by Tollywood actor Sushanth. She planted a sapling today, November 26, at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. After that, Pooja urged Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh to accept her challenge and continue the plantation chain. Pooja and Akshay have worked together in 2019 film Housefull 4.

Speaking on the occasion, Pooja Hegde said that she is happy to participate in the Green India Challenge and plant saplings in the programme initiated by Rajya Sabha Member Sri J Santosh Kumar. The actress also requested every one to participate in Green India Challenge programme and plant trees. Also present at the event was GIC co-founder Raghava.
