Amid rising cases of Delta variant of Covid-19 in the US, reports suggest that drug major Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine could be available for children in age group 5-11 by the end of October.

Drug major Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine could be available for children in the 5-11 age group by the end of next month, a report in the New York Times has said. Currently, the US has Covid-19 vaccines for those above 12 years of age. However, two health experts quoted by the New York Times said that Covid vaccines for children aged 5 to 11 could be available as soon as the end of October.
