Several Opposition leaders targeted the Central government over the Pegasus spyware reports on the first day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament.
The Pegasus report kicked up a storm on the first day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament as several Opposition leaders cornered the government over it. They said the spyware was being used to snoop on journalists and politicians in the country. Opposition leaders targeted the Central government over the alleged illegal use of the spyware and demanded an investigation into the role of the prime minister, the home minister, and top officials. The Congress raised six questions on the Pegasus issue in the Lok Sabha session.More Related News
