Actor Paul Ritter died on Sunday, April 4. He was 54. The British screen and stage actor has worked in popular shows Chernobyl, Friday Night Dinner and films Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Quantum of Solace. Ritter's agent confirmed the news to BBC and said that the actor died of a brain tumour at his home on Sunday, with his family by his side. The agent said, “It is with great sadness we can confirm that Paul Ritter passed away last night. He died peacefully at home with his wife Polly and sons Frank and Noah by his side. He was 54 and had been suffering from a brain tumour.” Friday Night Dinner writer Robert Popper took to Twitter to pay his last respects. He wrote, “Devastated at this terribly sad news. Paul was a lovely, wonderful human being. Kind, funny, super caring and the greatest actor I ever worked with x (sic).”More Related News
